Breaking News: Victoria continues to see a surge in Coronavirus cases.
Today the Victorian government said there were 16 new known cases in the state.
6 Cases are linked to known outbreaks, 4 hotel quarantine, 5 from routine testing, 1 is under investigation
222 cases now believed to involve community transmission.
There are 9 people in hospital, 2 in ICU.
Breakdown of cases
2 more contractors at Stamford Plaza Hotel ( cluster now totals 14).
2 new cases linked to Albanvale Primary School (cluster now 3). 1 close contact, 2 teachers have tested positive, one taught while infectious.
2 cases linked to H&M Northland (cluster now 4)
One of the new cases linked to H&M attended Black Lives Matter rally.
